Customer acknowledges that Enna may use from time to time the name and logo of the customer who purchases Enna’s products. Enna specifically is granted the right to use the customer’s company name and logo in connection with the limited campaign of the customer’s purchase of Enna’s products:
1. In combination with a ‘Logo scroll’ on Enna’s website to inform customers of Enna’s customer base:
i. The logo scroll will not inform customers of what product(s) the customer purchased other than in ‘general’ the customer has purchased Enna product(s).
2. As part of a customer montage (collection of customer logos).
If your organization would prefer Enna not to use the logo in this limited manner please inform us via email at admin@enna.com and we will ensure that your logo will not be used.
