Our RMA Process – Four Easy Steps
1. Create an RMA for your item
Your product needs to be returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify it. You can create an RMA online, or request one from Customer Service.
2. Send the product to Enna
Once your RMA is issued, you can ship the return to Enna.
We recommend using a courier who provides package tracking and basic insurance coverage.
Box up the item you’re returning and send it to:

3. Your RMA is Received and Approved
You’ll receive an email once your shipment is received at our RMA facility.
You’ll receive another email once your package has been opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.
4. RMA Resolution
If you requested a Replacement, a new order will be generated once your RMA is approved. You’ll receive standard email updates for the replacement order, just as you would for a newly placed Enna order.
If you requested a Refund, a credit memo will be generated once your RMA is approved. You can expect the refund amount to be credited to your original payment method approximately 3-5 business days of approval. The turnaround time for Refunds often depends on your bank’s policies for making the funds available to you.
The overall turnaround time for a return is about 5-8 business days from the time we receive the shipment; (that is, 2-5 business days for RMA processing and 2-3 business days to expedite your refund or replacement).
Our primary method of shipping is via UPS. If you have an account with UPS, or with a different shipper, you may provide Enna with your account number and we will arrange a pick up to fulfill your order.
Delivery Time, We keep you informed:
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has been prepared and ships you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
You can visit online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.
Enna offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:
Ground Shipping — Delivers within 6 business days after shipping.
2 Day Shipping — Delivers within 2 business days after shipping.
Next Business Day — Delivers within 1 business day after shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the Enna Online Store. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and online Order Status. If you order multiple items you may receive separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with the carrier’s name and tracking information, if available. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.

What happens when an item is out-of-stock?
Should you order an item that is currently out of stock you will receive an email with that information within a business day. **Note – We most likely have your item en route to our shipping facility already and will be able to process your order as soon as it arrives. We will contact and let you know if there is any lead time between facilities.

I just received my Enna order. Why does Enna use Rapid Fill® Bags rather than Styrofoam peanuts or a large amount of bubble wrap?
Enna values our environment, therefore we are committed to using air cushions that are 100% recyclable and far less destructive to the environment than Styrofoam peanuts.
Can I customize certain aspects of solution packages?
Yes, include what you are looking to change in your order online or on the phone.
Do you carry products in languages other than English?
Yes, We carry most everything also in Spanish. Also we carry some select French posters.
Do you have audio book versions of your literature?
At the current time just one, 100% Leadership. If demand increases we will publish more.
If I place an order today, when will my order ship?
At Enna we aim to ship your order either the day received, or the following business day depending upon availability. Orders received after 2pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
Does Enna keep its products in-stock and immediately available for delivery?
Yes, Enna keeps most items in stock and ready for delivery. However, signs, customized products and large Participant Workbook orders (>100) do require a short lead time for fulfillment. Please contact customer service for lead-times.
Does Enna ship outside of the US and Canada ?
Yes, Enna ships around the world and has distributors set up in different regions in order to reduce shipping times.
What does shipping cost?
Enna strives to ensure that shipping rates are economical and competitive. Shipping costs depend on shipping method selected and products ordered. We have several options available to our customers:
- For U.S. orders Enna offers Next Day, Next Day Saver, Two Day, Three Day and Ground service.
- For Canadian orders Enna offers UPS Standard and Global Express Mail.
- For International orders outside of the U.S. & Canada , Enna offers USPS Global Express Mail (EMS) and Airmail Parcel Post
Does Enna accept returns?
Yes, Enna accepts returns of unused, saleable products that have been ordered no longer than 15 days prior. We will refund the cost of your order minus the shipping and a small restocking fee. For a full description please go to our Returns Page.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
USPS options will ship to a PO Box, however FedEx and UPS will not.
