Time and Motion Study is an important part of the Lean improvement process. Course 4 – Using Time and Motion Study for Process Improvement (3 Videos)
The forth chapter discusses and illustrates how to leverage the knowledge gained from time studies as well as how to test new insights using scientific management principles.
Course 5 – Calculations for Time and Motion Study (3 Videos)
The DVD concludes by addressing performance calculations, how to fairly measure and rate employee performance based on data, and how to work together as a team to create new work standards.
