Summary
A histogram looks at the history of the demand for a product; it also allows us to look at changes in demand including seasonality issues or other reasons. The same data you collected for the P/Q Analysis will be used here as it considers not the aggregate number, but the monthly volume numbers based on demand.

Objectives
To contextualize information from the Pareto Analysis for seasonality and other issues leading to a better decision on which value stream to further analyze.
