Introduction to Lean: Participant Workbook

Introduction to Lean Participant Workbook is to be used during the Intro to Lean Workshop. These workbooks will be used by the participant to follow along with the presentation and will be used as a reference for the workshop. The participants should retain their books for continued reference of core Lean principles long after training is finished.

Each workbook helps participants:

• Follow the trainer or facilitator through the learning experience
• Gauge the challenges in implementing Lean in your department
• Allow for documentation of the workshop
• Learn through their involvement in the Lean process, documented in the learner’s own words in response to key questions throughout the material

Enna recommends purchasing an Introduction to Lean Participant Workbook for each person involved to maximize their experience. The workbook is integral to the presentation and workshop as it provides insight, suggestions, asks key questions and includes a self assessment form at the end of the workbook to solidify retention of key concepts.
