Just in Time: Poster

Just in Time, or JIT, is often the most complicated goal of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing but is often not communicated in the most effective manner. Just In Time is a result of three main principles, and Enna has provided a tool that communicates these concepts in an uncomplicated manner to clearly and concisely explain the elements of JIT.

This poster should be placed in key areas of your company to clearly demonstrate your objective in utilizing Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing. Takt, Flow, and Pull are what Just In Time (JIT) is all about. The poster has been derived from Taiichi Ohno and his work at Toyota Motor Corporation, translations based on the work of Norman Bodek, and Productivity Press’ work in the 1980s.

The poster comes with a UV Film Coating to protect against dust and grime, fading due to light exposure, and oil from finger marks or machines. As well, to display the poster without damage, we offer a set of poster hangers and rails for each poster.
