The 5S Office Sustainment Schedule is a form used to schedule ongoing cleaning activity in order to maintain 5S in an office area until a permanent solution can be found. The form lists the regular actions that need to be taken, the frequency of activity, person responsible, and cleaning activity needed. Using this form allows a company and its employees time to make changes that require lead time after a 5S Office workshop has taken place.
